Who counts as a person?
Each active account member counts once, including owners and office staff. Pending invitations, deactivated members, and customers do not count.
What would a larger single-location team pay?
Outfit is $79/month for ten active people, then $10 per additional person. Eleven people would cost $89/month before additional charges.
When does Big-Time apply?
Big-Time is the multi-location plan at $499/month, with 100 active people included. Additional people are $10/month each. It keeps location-level operations together under one workspace.
Is there a trial or annual commitment?
We are proposing a 14-day trial without a credit card and monthly billing with no annual commitment. Trial, cancellation, and billing-change terms will be finalized before paid signup is available.
